WHO AM I? - Jenny Oyston Jenny will explain how this book grew from her experiences as a counsellor. She’ll invite you to think about what makes you who you are today and describe a few of the exercises from the book. She’ll talk about how this can help you decide whether there is anything you’d like to change in order to get the most out of life.
