A quick update:

My publisher Reconnecting Rainbows loves the manuscript for Dancing in Heaven - it's at editing and typesetting stage and is due out early December (https://reconnectingrainbows.co.uk/dancingheavenannouncement/)
The same publisher has provisionally accepted an idea for another collection, called We Have Always Been Here - this will be a collection of stories about queer people throughout history, right back to the Pharaohs
I am running a workshop at the Whitby Literature Festival on 6 November at 10 am on Writing Monologues That Speak to an Audience (https://whitbylitfest.org.uk/event/suzanne-elvidge-writing-workshop-writing-monologues-that-speak-to-an-audience/)
I will be part of Queer Spaces: Climate Pride, performances or new pieces from eight local writers, at the York Theatre Royal (22 October) and the Stephen Joseph Theatre Scarborough (29 October) (https://sjt.uk.com/events/queer-spaces-live2025)
